About the Role

Ensure SMT lines (placement, oven, printing,SPI/AOI/AXI, laser marking and conveyor) running smoothlySupport production and process teamSupport and conduct implementation of BPSEnsure low downtime and high OEE of equipment, low failure rateReach QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets by continuous improvementTrouble shooting for all SMT production line equipment and offline equipmentBasic program debug, optimizationRegular TPM of equipment (Screen printing, Placement, Reflow Oven, Cleaning machine)Regular maintenance for tooling and spare parts (Placement head, feeder, stencil, fixtures, etc)Keep self-learning and exploration to improve self-competenceProvide support during sample production/EWAKProduct quality problem disposalReflow oven profile test boarding makingReduce product failure rate and machine downtimeTechnical support engineer if necessaryOther tasks from supervisor
