SQL Developer Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesSQL Development & Database EngineeringDevelop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and scripts.Analyze and optimize SQL performance for large datasets.Perform query tuning and troubleshooting using execution plans and database performance tools.Design and maintain efficient database structures.Data Modeling & Data ManagementDesign logical and physical data models.Analyze relationships between business entities and data objects.Support data quality, data governance, and data standardization initiatives.Identify duplicate and inconsistent data records and propose resolution approaches.CollaborationWork closely with business analysts, architects, data governance teams, and stakeholders.Participate in requirement analysis and solution design discussions.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.Desired Behavioral Competencies:✅ Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills✅ Are passionate about learning new technologies✅ Demonstrate ownership and accountability✅ Show curiosity towards Data Management and MDM✅ Can quickly adapt to new business domains✅ Have excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills Nice to HaveData Migration ExperienceData ProfilingData Quality ToolsSemarchy, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, or similar platforms (not mandatory) Total Experience Expected: 02-04 yearsBTech Shift may be required for oncall support.At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
