About the Role

This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Marietta, GA. (3 days in office per week)Solid skills at understanding customer opportunities and needs in alignment with Bosch's unique value proposition and objectivesManage and implement corporate strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomesDevelopment of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team membersAnalysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirementsReview SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing patternsDevelop sales strategies and long-term plans to drive sales and create preference for Bosch products through balanced promotional programsManage account events; grand openings; contractor nights, resets, product knowledge, road shows, store walks etc. with field sales and marketing associates to ensure timely and effective program outcomesResponsible for the planning and effective execution of rollouts in National Accounts in conjunction with the National Sales Manager, Retail.Manage E-commerce and online brand initiativesExperience working at The Home Depot in merchandising or experience calling on The Home Depot merchants required5 to 7 years of experience in The Home Depot merchandising role, Vendor Key Account Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development roles Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindsetOrganized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentUniversity Degree or College Diploma preferred (or equivalent 5-7 years of related work experience)Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or CRM experience preferredExcellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindsetAbility to travel up to 30%BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) InitiativesFIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)AWIM (A World In Motion)Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.Safety Sensitive position.Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
