To achieve our vision of becoming a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers' capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.ABOUT THE JOBAnduril's Planning team is seeking a Supply Planner to support high-volume production on a dedicated program. This role is execution-focused: you will be responsible for generating the purchase requisitions and manufacturing work orders that keep material flowing from raw stock through finished goods. You will run Clear-To-Build (CTB) analyses, flag shortages quickly, and escalate material constraints so the production schedule stays on track. While the schedule itself is set by senior planners, you will own the day-to-day supply signals that ensure Purchasing and Manufacturing have what they need, when they need it.WHAT YOU'LL DOClear-To-Build & Shortage Management Execute CTB reviews against Engineering and Manufacturing Bills of Material (BOMs) for scheduled production runs. Identify where the build is not clear — which parts need to be expedited and which are at risk of shortage. Escalate shortages promptly through established channels (e.g., posting to the designated Slack channel, flagging to the program lead) so constraints are visible and action is taken before production is impacted. Track purchase order commitments and inbound material status to assess manufacturing readiness against the published production schedule. Purchase Requisitions & Work Orders Create and manage a high volume of purchase requisitions to ensure material is on order and aligned with production demand. Generate, schedule, and manage manufacturing work orders across the work order lifecycle. Monitor aging work orders and coordinate with the Production Scheduler when priorities shift due to material availability or capacity changes. Maintain accuracy and completeness in all transactional ERP entries to support downstream traceability and reporting. Material Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with the Production Scheduler and Warehouse on product prestaging, picking, and kitting requirements to support on-time production starts. Maintain serialized parts and material traceability within the ERP system to meet Quality Management System (QMS), defense, and HazMat standards. Support inventory accuracy by flagging discrepancies and participating in cycle count and reconciliation processes. ERP System Support Ensure item master data, lead times, and reorder points relevant to your program are accurate and up to date within the ERP/MRP system. Troubleshoot day-to-day MRP-related issues and partner with senior planners on system improvements and workflow refinements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience & Education: 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Production Planning. Academic coursework or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. ERP/MRP Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating purchase requisitions, work orders, and running CTB or similar material readiness analyses in an ERP/MRP system. High-Volume Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of transactional planning activities accurately and on time in a fast-paced production environment. Shortage Escalation: Experience identifying material constraints and driving timely escalation and resolution with cross-functional partners. Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with government-furnished material management and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines is a plus. Quality Systems: Exposure to AS9100 or similar quality management systems and an understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
