Location: Head Office - Noida | Experience: 4 plus | Qualification: MBA | Positions: 1 Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, source and evaluate candidates, and ensure the organization attracts top talent. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. - Talent Sourcing & Head Hunting : Utilize various sourcing techniques such as headhunting, networking, job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and market mapping to identify top - Leadership & Niche Hiring: Specialize in hiring for mid-to-senior-level leadership roles across diverse business functions. - Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. - Market Research & Talent Mapping: Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive hiring practices to attract the best candidates. - Candidate Assessment: Conduct screening interviews, competency-based evaluations, and behavioral assessments to ensure cultural and role fit. - Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s brand as an employer of choice through candidate engagement, social media outreach, and talent relationship management. - Offer Management & Negotiation: Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding. Key Requirements: Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus. Skills: - In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors). - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously. - Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate sourcing. - A data-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to use metrics to enhance strategies.
