Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?ResponsibilitiesTeamViewer is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Team Lead to support our EMEA Sales Development Representatives (SDR) outbound team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of SDRs, helping them achieve their individual and team targets. Your key responsibilities will include coaching team members, supporting their development in outbound prospecting and sales skills, and ensuring strong performance and adherence to company processes and standards.You will work closely with the Sales Development and Sales leadership teams to support pipeline generation and contribute to the overall success of the SDR organization.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs located across the EMEA region, supporting them in prospecting and pipeline generation. Provide regular coaching, feedback, mentoring, and ongoing development.Execute established outbound strategies and processes to support pipeline generation and achieve team and individual targets.Create a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team, motivating team members and supporting their continuous development.Support and optimize processes and playbooks to improve outreach efficiency, lead quality, and conversion rates, sharing feedback and improvement opportunities with the wider leadership team.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, lead handover, and overall pipeline generation activities.Monitor team performance and coach for success, using relevant KPIs and performance data to identify development opportunities and support the team in exceeding targets.Support pipeline and performance reporting, providing relevant insights and updates to the Sales Development leadership team.Act as a role model and first point of escalation for the team, supporting operational excellence, employee development, and a positive team environment.Requirements3+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.Proven track record of coaching and developing sales professionals and supporting high-performing teams, preferably in a technology or software sales environment.Good understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC), lead generation techniques, and sales pipeline management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach team members, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use CRM and sales enablement tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.What we offerOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal startGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviewsPublic transport friendly officesSpecial terms for local gymsAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discountsRegular Team events and company-wide celebrationsOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership LunchesHybrid work timeWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting countryWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
