About the Role

With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? You will lead TeamViewer's Enterprise Account Manager team for the Americas — a team of six Account Managers who are the sole owners of our existing enterprise customers spending $10K or more in annual recurring revenue. You are accountable for gross and net revenue retention across that book, for the quality of every renewal and expansion forecast your team submits, and for developing the Account Managers into the strongest farming organization in the company. This is a first-line people-leadership role focused entirely on existing customers. New-logo acquisition sits with our Account Executive leadership, and renewals under $10K sit with the Enterprise Account Specialist team, so your team's time — and yours — goes to retaining and growing the accounts we already have. You do not carry a personal book; you carry the team's number.• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Enterprise Account Managers, each the sole owner of up to 40 accounts at $10K+ ARR: weekly 1:1s, call and deal reviews, account-plan reviews, and a documented development path for every rep.• Own the team's number: gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and expansion attainment across the Americas $10K+ book, reported weekly.• Run the weekly forecast for the Account Manager team — renewals and expansion by stage and category — and present it in the regional forecast call alongside the Account Executive and Enterprise Account Specialist leaders. Hold the team to forecast accuracy, not just attainment.• Manage books and territories: keep every rep under the 40-account cap, rebalance as accounts grow past $10K and are aligned to an Account Manager, and own account assignment when reps join, leave, or change territory.• Drive the renewal engine: every renewal in the book engaged well ahead of term with a value narrative, risk flagged early, and multi-year and pricing decisions escalated on a clear rule set you own with the VP.• Own the operating agreement with the Enterprise Account Specialist team on the Account Manager side: $10K+ hand-ups taken within ten business days and confirmed in Salesforce, sub-$10K add-ons passed down, and nothing falling between the two teams.• Hire and ramp: own recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for open Account Manager seats, with a defined ramp plan and time-to-productivity target.• Partner with Enterprise Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Sales Operations, and Finance to remove blockers to retention and expansion; bring customer and market insight back to Product and leadership.• Run the quarterly business review for the Account Manager team: prior-quarter results, renewals two quarters out, expansion pipeline, and whitespace by account. What success looks like:• Gross and net revenue retention at or above target across the $10K+ book, with the team's forecast accurate enough to plan on.• Every Account Manager with a current account plan on their key accounts, under the 40-account cap, and clear on their development path.• Hand-ups from the Enterprise Account Specialist team taken on time and closed at a strong rate; clean handoffs in both directions.• Open seats filled with the right profile and ramped on plan; regretted attrition near zero.• The VP freed to run the broader Enterprise Account Management organization rather than the day-to-day of the Account Manager team.Qualifications:• 5+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales with existing customers in SaaS or technology, including 2+ years leading a quota-carrying team as a first-line manager.• A track record of owning and reporting a retention or revenue number for a team, with disciplined weekly forecasting and a reputation for accuracy.• Proven coach: has developed account managers or sellers into top performers and can show it.• Strong commercial judgment on renewals, multi-year structures, pricing, and procurement in mid-size and large organizations.• Comfortable setting and holding operating agreements with peer leaders and cross-functional teams.• Fluent in Salesforce forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and account-planning cadences.• Domain experience in remote connectivity, IT management, or adjacent enterprise software preferred.• Remote within the US with regular travel to Tampa and to customers. What we offer:Work location is Remote, USA.Competitive compensation and bonusesFlexible PTO and paid holidays401(k) with employer matchingComprehensive Health insurance package including the option of 100% employer-paid medical coverageUp to 12 weeks of Parental LeaveBasic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paidQuarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetingsOpen door policy and business casual dress codeWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
