Time and Attendance Responsible (Fixed-term Contract)

About the Role

Execute and oversee End-to-End Time & Attendance processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of working time, absences, leave and attendance data.Manage system controls, data validation & reconciliations, resolving complex cases when required. Ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, company policies and internal control requirements.Support process improvements and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with Payroll, HR, IT and relevant stakeholders.Maximum 2 years fixed-term contract.Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field3 years of professional working experiencePayroll processes, labour law, tax regulations, compliance and risk management knowledgeKnowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, labour law, compliance and internal controlsBasic understanding of international assignment, global mobility or expatriate processes is considered an advantageAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityCustomer-centric and service-oriented mindsetContinuous improvement mindset and learning agilityStrong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration skills to work and collaborate in the Global HRS networkStrong IT skills with openness to automation and AI-enabled solutionsProficient in English (written and spoken)What we offerOur promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.
