About the Role

Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, defined Autonomous Maintenance and tuning of the machines. When required operate machines to ensure our KPI’s are met.Diagnose and repair of Hard metal handling issues, basic welding issuesAssist Technician with Set Ups and ChangeoversTrain new operators, assist operators as neededChange ElectrodesChange Grinding wheelsMechanical skills, Attention to detail and qualityBlueprint reading, Precision measuringLockout & TagoutUnderstanding of HMIsCNC Programs and OffsetsApplies theories, concepts, principles, and techniques to varied tasks or situations of somewhat difficult nature.
